Designed for fine hair with oily roots and dry ends. Certified Organic Bergamot Oil balances natural oils (sebum) and reduces the need to shampoo every day.

Bergamot
Skin & Hair – Bergamot’s antiseptic properties make it ideal for treating oily skin and hair conditions. Oily scalp & hair is caused by overactive sebaceous glands, often as a result of a hormonal change.

Mind & Spirit – Bergamot has a fresh and lively but gentle scent, similar to lemon & orange with a slight floral overtone. It’s sedative and yet uplifting characteristics make it an ideal oil to use in hair care preparations. Its keen scent helps instil confidence, hence emotional control.

Hair Tips
Normal to Oily Hair Tip – Often oily hair is caused by environmental pollutants, poor diet, over washing and sometimes it is just plain hereditary. Try rinsing your hair off with cold water before you hop out of the shower, this may help to calm down the sebaceous glands that produce the oil. Also try never to place the conditioner on the scalp or anywhere near the root area close to the scalp.

No Products will be accepted for return without a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. A full credit/refund will be allowed on Products returned within 7 days of invoice. Product returned up to 7 days after invoice will still be eligible for a full refund/credit however we reserve the right to incur a handling charge of 10% of the selling price at our discretion. A reimbursement will not be allowed on Product returned after 7 days from invoice. Product returned for refund/credit must be freight paid to Turnleys Hair head office once authorised by a Turnleys Hair Returns officer at time of requesting the return, and invoice number, date and reason for return supplied.

If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Turnleys Hair, the Customer receives a Product which does not correspond or quadrate to its Order, the Customer must contact Turnleys Hair within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may obtain a replacement Product from the Site, after returning the original Product to Turnleys Hair, provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.

Turnleys Hair may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Customers should therefore periodically visit this page to view any such revisions.

Turnleys Hair GUARANTEE Customers can return Products purchased online from Turnleys Hair within 7 days of the purchase in its original packaging, unused and with any tags still attached.

Turnleys Hair products are made to ensure they last for the natural life of the product. Natural life is best described as normal wear and tear that will occur when an item is used for its intended use. For example, a leather pouch will eventually show signs of wear on the leather or scratches, cuts, dents and soiling. In the unlikely event that a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, we will assess a repair option or contact the relevant supplier, or replace it, if it cannot be repaired.

All we require is that you retain your sales docket as proof of purchase. Like any other product, our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abuse or mishandling/dropping.

Turnleys Hair will take responsibility of faulty goods or problems arising from defective workmanship as implied under the Trade Practices Act 1974. What is deemed as faulty or defective workmanship will need to be assessed on a case by case basis by Turnleys Hair Customer Service. Turnleys Hair will not accept or have any other responsibility or liability whatsoever for or in relation to the Product including liability for negligence or liability for incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, including without limitation, loss of actual or anticipated revenue or loss of data or for date being rendered inaccurate.

Some hair and beauty items cannot be returned due to Australian Health and Safety Regulations and these include, but are not limited to: all hair brushes, combs, hair accessories, skin care products, make-up accessories, clippers, scissors, and any product or accessory that can be opened and/or tampered with e.g. any liquid that does not have a tamper-proof seal where the contents can be altered or substituted.
