RETURNS POLICY
Turnleys offers a seven day return/exchange policy with the provision of proof of purchase. The item must be in resaleable condition
and in accordance with Health Department Guidelines.

Customer complaints are passed on, investigated and generally resolved expediently. We understand that customer expectations
may vary and we aim to ensure that you, our valued customer, are satisfied with our products and service standards. Please direct any

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to find a solution which satisfies you, our customer. We take all product/service standards issues seriously and we aim to
resolve any disputes efficiently and satisfactorily, providing an outcome which is mutually beneficial to both parties.
REPAIRS
For items/products under warranty, please bring them into store or leave with your Area Sales Manager. Turnleys will assess the required
repair(s) and inform you of correct process as soon as is practically possible. Our end aim is to find the best possible repair solution for
you within an efficient timeframe.
ORDERING
Please phone your order through or place it with your Area Sales Manager. If you do not have an account with us, goods must be paid for
prior to dispatch.
PAYMENT
Turnleys accepts most major credit cards, with the exception of Amex. We also accept cheque and direct deposit.
DELIVERY
Orders placed by 12pm are dispatched from our head office in Fitzroy Melbourne, Australia on that same day. Subject to stock availability.
Parcels must be signed for when they are received. Delivery costs will apply. Victorian delivery times have a turnaround timeframe of
approx. 24 – 48 hours. Most of our local and interstate deliveries should take no longer than 24 to 48 hours to process. Interstate deliveries
can take up to 4 days depending on location.
DISPATCH/SHIPPING/TRANSPORT
Once orders are placed they are shipped out quickly. Prices vary according to parcel weight and parcel dimensions.
