RETURNS POLICY
Turnleys offers a seven day return/exchange policy with the provision of proof of purchase. The item must be in resale-able condition
and in accordance with Health Department Guidelines.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to find a solution which satisfies you, our customer. We take all product/service standards issues seriously and we aim to resolve
any disputes efficiently and satisfactorily, providing an outcome which is mutually beneficial to both parties.

REPAIRS
For items/products under warranty, please bring them into store or leave with your Area Sales Manager. Turnleys will assess the required
repair(s) and inform you of required process as soon as possible. Our end aim is to find the best possible solution for your required repair
service within an efficient timeframe.

ORDERING
Please phone your order through or place it with your Area Sales Manager. If you do not have an account with us, goods must be paid for
prior to dispatch. You are also welcome to place your order online through our online shop.
Please contact us for online overseas order placement(s).

PAYMENT
Turnleys accepts most major credit cards. We also accept cheque and direct deposit.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Parcels must be signed for when they are received. Delivery costs will apply.
